Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order online, assuming the order has not already been shipped. Please write to us at [email protected] to cancel your order.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

We work very hard to ensure that the highest quality standards are met. Majority of our products are handcrafted to ensure we are providing you with quality & fresh products, as well as taking care of the planet by reducing wasteful production. For this reason, we are unable to accomodate returns or exchanges. However, if you are still unsatisfied with your order, please write to us at [email protected] with your order number, product you would like to return and reason for return, and we can discuss this with you.


My order was delivered incorrectly or is damaged. What should I do?

If the item delivered is different from the order placed or has a quality issue, we will re-fulfill your order. Please inform us within 7 business days of receiving the product by emailing at [email protected].

Please note that we require all returns or exchanges to reach us within 7 days from delivery date.
